mistake

Con's: expensive compared to competition, poor quality

Out of all the decisions I made in starting up my company this was the worst. Polite customer service department of 2 can help with basics. Phone quality inconsistent- they said it was the DSL- but have used another VOIP provider without any issues. I would look elsewhere...

Getting information was easy. Signing up was easy. The trasition was smooth. The follow up customer service helped tons!!
I've been with a couple of others, and it doesn't get better than this!

Very expensive for what you get. We have been disappointed in the call quality. Customer service is average since they can't seem to solve the call quality.
