Tried Several, This is the Best

Pro's: Features, quality, responsiveness
Con's: Almost too many features, it would take a while to learn of them all. Just ask them to make it do whatever you want.

I've tried several voip providers and WireSpeed isn't just the best they are exemplars of service. I'm amazed with the availability and responsiveness to any request or question.

It was easy to set up, a huge savings over my previous provider and the quality of the lines are impeccable.

The amount of features on the simple online management tool is amazing. I can have anytype of conference call, music, and calling feature imaginable.

These guys and tools are great! You won't be disappointed.

Good quality

Pro's: fast, works anywhere, never been down, smooth number transfer, great customer support, works with my soft phone too.
Con's: price is a little high but you do get what you pay for.

After using VoIP from Vonage and 8x8 I switched to a smaller company. These guys take the time to do the install right. I bought the enhanced unlimited residential plan and everything is working great.

VOIP Service

Pro's: Price, quality and customer service
Con's: Should have signed up a long time ago.

We have had nothing but great service from this company. Originally we had some issues (with the other phone company) when we porting our number but our Wirespeed salesperson went above and beyond to get it straightened out. The sound quality was excellent and we couldn't be more happy with the price. I'm not sure what the Ron in the above review ran into, but I have never encountered anything like that. I have three friends on this service as well that are pleased with it.

Not so Great

Poor sound quality (with business class connection), poor customer service (long waits), pricing is high, and they are not very reliable. Short review, but it's just to the point of what I experienced. Went with another provider and am much happier.

My WireSpeed

I was a little hessitant to go to VoIP then a friend that has WireSpeed came and talked to me about just trying it out. I bought an ATA from the internet and kept my phone number. I have had no trouble at all with VoIP service from WireSpeed. I tell everyone about them I can!
